Teams explore sustainable woodland skills, manage a campfire, cook together, and take part in creative challenges that encourage problem-solving and collaboration. Throughout the day, we place real emphasis on caring for the space we’re working in, learning how to minimise impact, respect wildlife, and leave the site better than we found it.
We finish with a guided reflection, linking the day’s experiences back to everyday practice.
